Apparently Fayed is not planning further legal action in his “quest for truth” about Diana. There’s a turn-up. I find it especially moving that he’s giving up for the sake of the princes.

Scott Baker LJ has apparently told the jury that Prince Philip didn’t murder Diana. I expect Fayed’s thinking of judicially reviewing him as I write.

In the time since my last post I’m not at all surprised that Mr. Fayed has tried another judicial review; it’ll be astonishing if there’s ever an end to his Diana litigation.
