I’m the subject of this week’s Normblog profile, where if you have nothing better to do you can find out some stuff about me that’s not law.
If you have Spotify, you can hear that Fahrenheit 451 score I mention. You can even watch the whole film online, if you’re prepared to put up with subtitles and dodgy quality, and see what I mean about the spoken opening credits. If you watch to the end of part 1, you should realise why they’re spoken rather than written.

Hiya Carl,
I read your profile/interview at Normblog and it was a great read! I think Ricky Gervais would be a better one to play you in a film though! Hehe..
I have to say I do absolutely agree with you on Tony Blair, I think he is one of the unsung heroes of the world. I also hate John Lennon’s Imagine, it’s a boring, self-indulgent dirge if you ask me. I’m sick of everyone and his mum covering it in garage bands as well!
You are so right about education. I’m finally doing what I’ve always wanted to, working on my MS in Education, then onto my PhD if I get half a chance once I graduate next summer.
By the by, my dad (your late uncle Cyril) was quite the cricketer on Lanc’s team in the ‘olden days.’ 😉
Fab to read your blog, will be back in between Literature Reviews and working on my school blogs and sites.
Ta-ra for now,

Hi Carl,
